LET’S DO SOME YOGA
Do you have an interest in yoga, but you’re worried that you “might not be good at it”, or that you need to be super flexible to join a class? I’m here to tell you that you are already MORE than qualified to start a yoga practice. Yoga is for EVERYONE. My yoga classes are designed for all levels, they’re beginner friendly, and they come with safe alignment cues and modifications to make sure you get the most out of our time together. I am certified in both vinyasa and yin yoga from Yoga Alliance accredited schools, so whatever mood you’re in, we can have a powerful and mindful session. What’s the difference between Vinyasa & Yin Yoga?
Vinyasa Yoga (aka #VINYASAANDVIBE if you’re with me!) is a more active form of yoga. Vinyasa is a breath to movement practice, and things can get a little sweaty.
Yin Yoga is a more passive form of stretching. The majority of the poses are seated, and we hold poses for up to 5 minutes, instead of following set “flows” or sequences.
Can’t make it to any of the classes on the schedule? It’s cool! Here are some more options for us to practice yoga together:
