Are you looking for some free yoga? Do you need an hour of zen in an otherwise busy or hectic week? Have you been considering yoga as a new hobby or form of fitness?
Then I think I have some good news for you!
I am a few short weeks away from completing my RYT 200 hours to become a certified yoga instructor. With that said, I’d love to share yoga with anyone who’s willing to practice. These classes are ALL LEVELS and BEGINNER FRIENDLY.
From now until the end of April, I am offering FREE in person and virtual yoga sessions. All you have to do is RSVP.
What We Will Practice:
Breathwork / Easy Breathing Techniques & Pranayama
Vinyasa Flow (ALL Levels and Beginner Friendly)
What You Will Need:
Yoga mat or towel
The location of the in person classes will be given upon RSVP confirmation.
