[Sub} Be NOURISHED @ PB Fitness

I’ll be subbing the Be NOURISHED class at PB Fitness! Come join me for an hour and ten minutes of yin style yoga, where we hold a small amount of poses for 3-5 minutes at a time. Yin yoga (different from vinyasa), passively stretches into the joints. Leave the class feeling relaxed yet energized, and ready to get your weekend off to a good start!
