Are you looking for a nice end of week cool down?

Then head over to beautiful PB Fitness on Cass St. for our Be NOURISHED. This hour and 15 minute class is sure to leave you rejuvenated and refreshed.

This Be SERENE flow is similar to a yin class. We will be holding a set number of postures for 3-5 minutes each, and will counter those poses with gentle movements. I also offer essential oils, modifications, and props to make this practice as nourishing as it sounds.
