Be SERENE

Are you looking for a nice mid week cool down?

Then head over to beautiful PB Fitness on Cass St. for our Be SERENE flow. This hour and 15 minute class is sure to leave you rejuvenated and refreshed.

This Be SERENE flow is similar to a slow flow yoga class, so be prepared for gentle stretches, mostly seated postures, and a few short standing series. I also offer essential oils, modifications, and props to make this practice exactly what you’ll need.
